Restaurant in the classic sense, who collected everything that it should be: a rich collection of delicacies; an extensive wine cellar; expensive in the smallest details, thoughtful serving and impeccable service. Created as a closed club of the largest wine company "VINOTERRA", today Le Restaurant is open to all.

Le Restaurant has a young, talented and ambitious chef Jeremy Uruty from Bordeaux.

He started cooking as a child at his father's restaurants kitchens in Bordeaux, continued to study under the brand name Le Restaurant Jean-Luc Moll in Les Criquets, has an invaluable experience in restaurants La Grande Maison (2 * Michelin) with Joel Robuchon and La Grand `Vigne (2 * Michelin) from Nicolas Massey.

Jeremy updated the main menu of Le Restaurant reconsidered classic French recipes in his own way. He tries to use local and seasonal products as much as possible, serves dishes in the best traditions of haute cuisine.

Le Restaurant welcomes its guests with an aquarium full of delicious seafood: oysters, Kamchatka crabs, Vongoles, sea urchins, anadars, lobsters and clams.

Intrigues with the contents brightly lit from inside the meat cabinet: dry aged beef steaks, prosciutto from wild lamb, farm goose legs.

And, finally, carries away to the vinotheque, which hides on the second floor of the restaurant. Here is one of the best collections of wines in Moscow: from recognized masterpieces of Italy and France to amazing discoveries from Germany, Austria, the New World.
