JEREMY URUTY

 

Today Le Restaurant is headed by a young, talented and ambitious chef from Bordeaux Jeremy Uruty.

 

He started cooking as a child at his father's kitchens in Bordeaux, continued to study under the brand name Le Restaurant headed by Jean-Luc Moll in Les Criquets, has an invaluable experience in restaurants La Grande Maison (2 * Michelin) with Joel Robuchon and La Grand `Vigne (2 * Michelin) from Nicolas Massey.

 

Jeremy updated the main menu of Le Restaurant reconsidered classic French recipes in his own way. He tries to use local and seasonal products as much as possible, serves dishes in the best traditions of haute cuisine.
